She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Wadsworth and Kathleen Wadsworth. She is survived by: her husband Charles H. Forbes; her children, Regina F. Shearin (Mike) and Charles S. Forbes; her grandchildren, Eleanor S. Byrne (Edward) and Tyler Forbes (Bryanna); her great grandchildren, Dollie Bryne and CeeJay Ivey-Forbes; and her brother Johnnie Wadsworth.
