He is survived by: his mother Edna Eubanks Proctor (Chester) of Tarboro, NC; his wife Jamilyn Kelsh Burnett; his children, Kelsey Guettler (Ryan) of Wilmington, NC and Evan Burnett of Tarboro, NC; his granddaughter Rylee Mae Guettler; his siblings, Kenny Burnett (Tina) of Wake Forest, NC, Billy Burnett of Tarboro, NC, Cindy Whitehurst (Woody) of Tarboro, NC and Ginger Connor (Patrick) of Wake Forest, NC; and his pet Luke. He is also survived by In-Laws, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
