He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wright Webb and Nannie Lee Webb; his siblings, John Ledger Webb and Eunice Webb Beach; and his niece Donna Beach Hale.
He is survived by: his wife Delta Joyner Webb; his daughters, Heather Webb Carrouth (Greg) of Ponte Beach and Jessica Webb Szymanski of Havelock; his grandchildren, William Gregory Carrouth, Madelyn Lee Carrouth and Ava Reagan Szymanski; and his siblings, Judy Proctor, Elizabeth Moore (Paul) and Mitchell Webb. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
