He was predeceased by: his parent Turner Harrell Sr.. He is survived by: his son Nesha Harrell Johnson of Charlotte, NC; and his brothers, Ernest Harrell of Princeville, NC, Robert Harrell of Tarboro, NC, James Harrell of Virginia and Bernard Smith of Tarboro, NC.
