He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Smith McNeil. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Smith; and his children, Willie Earl Powell of Tarboro, NC, Carlton Randolph of Emporia, VA and Shelia Tyson of Greensboro, NC. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hemby-Willoughby Mortuary Chapel (1800 Western Blvd, Tarboro, NC 27886). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Word Tabernacle Church (821 Word Plz, Rocky Mount, NC 27804).
