He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Rowe; his daughter Kimberly Brantley of Battleboro, NC; and his siblings, Roosevelt Davis of Washington, DC, James Rowe of Clinton, MD, Mary Williams of Ohio, Rosa Taylor of Washington, DC, Alice Rosser of District Height, MD, Joanne Pender of Scotland Neck, NC, Josephine Smith of Scotland Neck, NC, Vetta Thomas of Scotland Neck, NC and Janie Rowe. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
