She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel W. Braxton and Dixie C. Braxton; and her husband Joseph Whitley. She is survived by: her pet Claire; her sisters, Brenda Braxton and Liz Braxton; and her stepson Jay Whitley, III (Lisa). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
