She was predeceased by: her parents, Reginald Medford and Carrie Rose Medford; her husband Stephen Lee Peace, Sr.; her daughters, Shannon Lorraine Peace and Angela Eve Peace; and her siblings, Reginald Medford, Jr., Roy Dale Medford and Sandra Medford.
She is survived by: her son Stephen L. Peace, Jr. of Tarboro; her sisters, Penny Kinnin of Tarboro and Ann Andrews of Macclesfield; and her sister-in-law Gladys Medford of Tarboro. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and other extended relatives.
