He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy W Webb and Kitty "Kit" C Webb; his wife Clara Lynette Webb; and his brother Kenneth "Cole" Webb of Fayetteville. He is survived by: his children, Joyce Braxton (Keith) of Macclesfield, Vickie Cummings (Mike) of Macclesfield and Sherwood Webb Jr. (Sonya) of Pinetops; his grandchildren, Tracy Guldseth (Brandon), Eddie Dean Braxton Jr. (Kristin), Michael Cummings (Savanna), Colby Cummings (Rhonda), Sarah W. Williford (Callie), Rachel W. Ellis (Brandon) and Seth L. Webb (Allison); and his great grandchildren, Delaney Guldseth, Jason Guldseth, Ella Guldseth, Emory Braxton, Grady Braxton and Hannah Williford.
