It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelby Webb (Tarboro, North Carolina), who passed away on December 8, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest E. Webb and Addie O. Webb; and her siblings, Earl Webb, Julius Webb (Lucy Mae), Vonnie W. Taylor (Willard), Herbert Webb (Lucille), Wesley Webb (Delanie), Hilton Webb (Charlotte) and Ellen W. Strickland (Kenneth).
She is survived by: her close friends, Patsy Payne and Shelby. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
