He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Leon Wiggins and Ruth Baker Wiggins; and his son Robbie Wiggins. He is survived by: his wife Christine Lucas Wiggins; his daughter Pamela Davenport (Kenny Davenport); his stepdaughter Fredia Cowan (Vernon Cowan); and his pets, Tabby, Frisky and Gray Ball. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and step-grandchildren.
