He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland M. Nofsinger and Veronica R. Nofsinger (Cosgrove); and his siblings, Alma Marie Nofsinger and Michael "Mike" Nofsinger. He is survived by: his sister Golf Courses; his wife Joan A. Nofsinger (Morris); his children, Deborah Vickery (James), John Arthur Nofsinger (Annie) and Mary K. Kerns (DeWayne) of Keyser; his siblings, Harold Dean Nofsinger of Keyser, Anne Spriggs (Phil) of Williamsport, MD, Mary Jo Torbet, Helen Holder of Keyser, Jean Burton (Harry) of Keyser and Sue Smith (Glenn) of Williamsport; his grandchildren, Stuart Vickey (Becky), April Vickery, Jacob Nofsinger, Joseph Nofsinger, John Nofsinger and Zachary Kerns (Micayla); his great grandchildren, Morgan Vickery, Abigail Vickery and Jensen Kerns; and his sisters-in-law, Midge Nofsinger and Shirley Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
