It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ramona Kay Howard (Tarboro, North Carolina), who passed away on November 24, 2024, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Lettie Scott (Iona); her brothers, Daniel Scott (Danny) and Larry; her niece Shannon Brantley; her father-in-law James Howard (Jim); and her brother-in-law Keith Howard (Sarge).
She is survived by: her husband Scott Howard; her father JD Scott; her mother-in-law Janet Howard; her children, Danielle Fullford (Eric) and Joseph Bryant (Jessica); her siblings, Cathy Eller, Christina Perry (Jay) and Terry Scott (Patti); and her nieces and nephews, Jackie Moore (Tim), Ramona (Moni), Graziani (Joey), Savannah Scott, Heather Davis (Mike), Kayla Campbell (Michael), Landon Lucus and Daniel Scott (Lexi). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Carlisle Funeral Home (701 Hospital Dr, Tarboro, NC 27886). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
