She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Price Jr. and Lillian Price; her brother William "Billy" Salter; and her sister-in-law Lucy. She is survived by : her husband Mike Nichols; her children, Jason Nichols (Morgan) and Jamie Nichols; her adoptive son Chris "Cheeseball" Marks; her siblings, Thomas "Tee" Salter (Anita), James "JimBob" Price (Kay), Evelyn "Bonnie" Futrell and Nancy Andrews (Doug); her grandchildren, Ryann, Kaitlynn and Mason Nichols; and her close friends, Mary Lynn, Myrtle Teel, Sherry Livesay and Glenda Norris. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, June 30th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Carlisle Funeral Home (701 Hospital Dr, Tarboro, NC 27886). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
