She was predeceased by: her father Floyd Raymond; her husband Woodrow "Whitey" Whitehurst, Jr.; and her brothers, Kenneth Morris and Curtis Morris. She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Whitehurst Morris (Greg); her grandchildren, Michaela Morris and Madison Morris; her uncle Gene Morris; and her brother-in-law Herbert Whitehurst (Libby).
