She is survived by: her husband John Michael Cummings, Jr. of Macclesfield, NC; her daughter Nikki Bradshaw (David) of Nashville, NC; her sisters-in-law, Emily Caroline Slate of Western, NC, Arlene Webb Jackson of Greenville, NC and Ashley Grant Jackson of Greenville, NC; her sister Lisa Marie Rawls Collins (Cliff) of Land; her niece Caroline Marie Johnson Pernell (Gabe); and her nephew Brandon Johnson of Kinston, NC.
