She was predeceased by: her father James E. Higgs. She is survived by: her grandson Marcus Higgs; and her stepchildren, Stacy Martin of Williamston, NC and Narcisha Smith of Alexandria, VA. She is also survived by one great grandchild, four step-grandchildren, eight step great-great grandchildren with a host of other loving relatives and friends.
