She is survived by: her children, Keith "Moose" Hale (Vickie) and Jeannie Carolyn Hale (Kenneth Cobb); her sister Patsy Butler (Roy); her grandchildren, David Boyd (Ashley), Nicole Doughtie (Dusty), Miranda and Will Hale; her great grandchildren, Kegan Boyd, Katelyn, Brody, Karly Hannah, Wade Doughtie, Baby Doughtie, Pamela, Frankie, Makayla, Marissa Lee, Jerry Butler, Mackenzie Butler, Trey Butler, Billy, Jimbo Price, Scoot and Bobby Carter; and her friends, Barbara Walston, Margie Rogister, Ellen Clark, Barbara Williams, Angelene Perry, Rozina Whitehead and Deborah Battle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
