We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2022, at the age of 74, Lucille Allen- Williams of Tarboro, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lee Allen, Sr. and Mary Lena Bellamy Allen. She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Allen Draughn of Tarboro, NC and Lisa Nicole Williams; and her brother Herbert T. Allen of Battleboro, NC. She is also survived by four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
