He is survived by: his wife Janelle; his daughters, Makayla, Amber and Aubrey; his father Herbert Lewis Jr.; his stepfather Aubrey; his mother Kathy Edmonds; his brother Herbert Lewis III; his close friend Jake; his pets, Abbigail and Ruby; and also, Tina Lewis Cavaliere and Alice Watson. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
