He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy Keel and Viola Cooke Keel; his wife Hazel Keel; his granddaughter Kelly Deal; and his brother Charles Keel.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Deal (Creig) and Ann Marie Hurdle (Riley); his grandchildren, Megan Deal, Rylan Hurdle and Cora Hurdle; his sisters, Elva Norris, Melba Rogers, Joyce Edmondson and Edna Lamm; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Davis, Mary Keel and Janet Tyndall.
