He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Modlin and Mary Sharpe Modlin. He is survived by: his wife Linda B. Modlin; and his siblings, Thurman Higgs of Charlotte, NC, Mary Modlin of New Jersey and Annie Modlin Duvalcin of New Jersey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews other loving relatives and friends.
