He is survived by: his sisters, Renee Elliot (Jim), Tina Whitehurst (David) and Peggy Wainright (Leon); his children, Rachel Scott (Freddy), Michelle Coppock Mitchell (Talmadge) and Joseph Coppock Jr. (Jessica); and his grandchildren, Karla McGary (Luke), Fred Scott III, Adylin Scott, Riley Scott, Athena Waters (Wayne), Victor Mitchell, Austin Coppock and Haley Coppock. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
