He is survived by: his wife Minnie Ruth Walston; his children, Michael Bennett of Fayetteville, NC, Derric Walston of Rocky Mount, NC, Jeffery Walston of Rocky Mount, NC, Kelvin Walston of Atlanta and Gloria Heath of Tarboro, NC; and his siblings, Reverend Joseph Walston of Smyrna, DE, Sara Holt of Rocky Mount, NC, Dorothy Lloyd of Rocky Mount, NC and Mary Earline Knight of Tarboro, NC. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
