He was predeceased by: his mother Marie Medford; his stepfather Larry Medford; his father John Henry Fields Jr.; and his brother Anthony Medford. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Fields; his stepchildren, Elizabeth Abrams (Scott) of Rocky Mount, Jennifer Webb of Rocky Mount, NC and Timothy Webb (Mandy) of Avon Park, Fla.; and his siblings, Terry Hux, Nola Meeks, Sarah Medford, Chris Medford, Thomas Fields and Phillip Medford.
