He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henry Peele and Maggie Barnes Peele. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Peele; his daughters, Romina Peele of Tarboro, NC, Maxine Powell of Tarboro, NC and Sandra Peele of Bethel, NC; his stepson Levon Cherry of Greenville, NC; and his siblings, Charlie L. Peele of Greenville, NC and Johnnie Mae Salisbury of Tarboro, NC. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
