She was predeceased by: her parents, Blanche Roberson and N. C. Including; her husband Willie E. Denton, Jr.; her son Willie E. "Eddie" Denton, III; her grandson Joshua Denton; and her brother Kenneth L. Roberson.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Tabitha Fountain (Brandon) and Jeanna Frisk (Nick); her great grandchildren, Wesley, Landon, Brandon Fountain, Joshua Adams, Nathan Denton and Everett Frisk; her siblings, Phyllis Hoots (Jimmy) and Reginald Roberson (Donna); and her sister-in-law Norma Roberson.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to Tarboro First Baptist Church, or one's favorite charity.
