He is survived by: his grandchildren, Cutchin, Wellington, Sterlyn, Miller, Shelby and Gates; his wife Laura Brown Evans; his children, Little Jamie (Courtney Evans), Emily (Joe Williams), Mara (Ash Taylor), Rachel Tanhauser and Grace Connor; his mother-in-law Vikki Brown Lancaster; and his brothers, Wayne Evans (Guyla) and Freddie Evans (Reesie).
