He was predeceased by: his father James William Pridgen; his stepfather Bobby Ray Harrell; his grandparents, Jack, Wilder Pridgen, Richard Ervin and Emma Kate Lewis; and his sister-in-law Rhonda Kay Harrell.
He is survived by: his wife Vassar Pridgen of Wake Forest; his mother Ann Harrell of Tarboro, NC; and his siblings, Daphne Brewer (Lynn) of Sanford, NC and Bobby Ray Harrell, Jr. of Tarboro, NC. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
