It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Louise Knight (Tarboro, North Carolina), who passed away on July 30, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Hazel Louise shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Hazel Louise farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Knight and Addie Howard Knight. She is survived by: her children, Curtis Knight of Tarboro, NC and Dorothy Smith of Princeville, NC; and her sister Thelma Harrison of Speed, NC. She is also survived by two grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren with a host of other loving friends.
