She was predeceased by: her grandfather Lindsay Whitehurst. She is survived by: her parents, Ray Whitehurst (Jama Whitehurst) and Cindy Proctor Whitehurst; her close friend Charlie Cook; her children, Camdyn Whitehurst, Carson Cook and Harper Cook; her grandparents, Pat Proctor and Chester Proctor; her stepgrandmother Edna; and her grandmother Claire Whitehurst.
