He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Whitley Nankervis; his wife Betty Ruth Whitley; his grandchildren, Emily Shaw (Darin Shaw), Sarah Nankervis and Thomas Nankervis (Alex Nankervis); his brother-in-law Thurman Brown (Phyllis Brown); and his nieces and nephews, Anita Oliveri (David Oliveri), Becky Conner (Mark Conner), Belinda Brown, Brenda Holmes, Carolyn Shepherd, Judy Bunn (Dolin Bunn), Peggy Winstead (Joe Winstead), Carlton Brown (Jo Brown), Clay Whitley (Melissa Whitley), Eddie Brown (Debbie Brown), Gene Scott and James Roberson Jr. (Debbie Roberson). He is also survived by his Great Grandchildren.
