She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Big; her father Bland; her grandson Howard "Buddy" Whitfield; and her children, Howard "Runt" Whitfield (Crystal), Billie Jo Whitfield, Douglas Whitfield (Misty), Brian Allen Whitfield (Kathy) and Jeff Bland (Dana). She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren, and a growing number of great-grandchildren, along with brothers, sisters and friends.
