It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fredrick McKeel Jr. (Tarboro, North Carolina), who passed away on September 17, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Jefferson McKeel and Fredrick Robert McKeel; and his sisters, Hope Range West and Lavonne McKeel. He is survived by: his wife Tamara Gardner McKeel; his stepdaughter LeAnn Shirley Perez (Angel); his grandchildren, Liam, Voianca and Selena Starr; his sisters, Kathryn "Kathy" Coker (Josh) and Colleen "Corky" Dew; and his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Sparks, Jaime Dew, Sharon Coker, Kim Dew Winders, Daniel Coker and Adam Coker.
