He is survived by: his wife Susan Johnson; his daughters, Christy Collier of Macclesfield and Niki Johnson of Pinetops; his stepdaughter Gretta Kohler of Winston Salem; and his grandchildren, Logan Collier, Millie Kolier, Sammy Koller, Liam Collier, Taylor Wood and Destiny Horton.
