It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Smith (Tarboro, North Carolina), who passed away on July 28, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Lee Hyman and Alice Hinton Hyman. She is survived by: her children, Otis M. Smith of Williamston, NC, Antoine C. Smith of Knoxville, TN, Darius G. Smith of Washington, NC, Francis B. Smith of Clarksville, TN, Gloristine Smith of Macclesfield, NC, Contessa Bond of Williamston, NC, Tonia Higgs of Williamston, NC, Faith Smith of Williamston, NC, Monica Davis of Kansas City, KS and Jessica Smith of Lawton, OK; and her goddaughter Joyce Moore of Williamston, NC. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
