She is survived by: her sons, Marvin Smith of Rocky Mount, NC and Cory Smith of Tarboro, NC; and her sister Laura Dell Battle of New York, NY. She is also survived by four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
