He is survived by: his wife Delia Wood Perkins of Tarboro; his children, Anthony (Joann), Jeffery of Princeville, Kermit (Lotrala) of Tarboro, Sylvia Davenport of Rocky Mount and Ruby of Raleigh; and his grandchildren, Brian, Marquetta Dickens (Turcois) of Raleigh, Kermit Dupree (Junica), Quontavious of Rocky Mount, Antonio (Courtney), Jasmine, Ariel and Gabby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives.
