He was predeceased by: his sister Rita Colleen Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Mulstay; his mother Rita Mulstay of California; his children, Shaun Mulstay (Tonya) of New York, Shane Mulstay of New York, Shannon Mulstay of New York, April Jubin of Charlotte and Andree Adams (Joel) of Wilson; his sister Lila Hoggarth (Rich) of California; and his niece Krystal Phillips (Chris) of Tarboro. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; along with a host of family friends and other extended relatives.
