She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Bernard Schwamberger and Augusta Kirkland Schwamberger; her husband James Rogister; her daughter Debbie Rogister Stroud; her grandson Brandon Stroud; and her sisters, Ann Schwamberger, Lillian Kirkland, Viola Aycock and Carolyn House of Tarboro.
She is survived by: her daughters, Terri Thomas (Scott Smith) of Tarboro and Jenny Paramore (Chester) of Tarboro; her son-in-law Glenn Stroud of Hobgood; her grandchildren, Jessica Stroud, Joseph Thomas, Emily Thomas and Seth Paramore; her sisters, Evelyn Mitchell of Tarboro, Margie Belch of Tarboro and Kathy Weeks (Tim) of Emerald Isle; and her siblings-in-law, Junius House (Bill) of Tarboro, E. W., Paul Rogister of Palmyra, Bobby Rogister (Shelby) of Bethel, Ellen Raynor (Larry) of Rocky Mount, Annie Godwin (Don) of Tarboro, Linda Davenport (Donnie) of Seneca, SC and Margie Rogister of Tarboro. She is also survived by her family and friends.
