He is survived by: his wife Cindy Burris Lewis; his parents, Charlie Lewis and Miriam Lewis of Tarboro; his nephews, Brock, Chuck, Lance Lewis and Austin Hyman; his goddaughter Christian Lamm; and his parents-in-law, Beverly Burris of Tarboro and Stanley Burris (Marty) of Southport.
