He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Roland and Janice Grimsley Trevathan. He is survived by: his wife Peggy E. Trevathan; his children, Brian Ray Trevathan of Tarboro and Angela Renee Trevathan of Wilmington; his sister Nancy T. Harrison (Mike) of Tarboro; his niece Allison H. Littlefield (Jonathon); his nephew George Chase Exum; and his pet Nico. He is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family and friends.
