He is survived by: his son Daniel Leggett, Jr. (Janet Webb); his grandchildren, Kyle Leggett, Chase Leggett, Clay Webb, Lauren and Kelly Mintz; his great grandchildren, Grace Lynn Webb and Matthew Mintz; his brother Richard Leggett; his nieces, Marybeth Zuker, Cristy Leggett, Amanda Leggett Whitt and Briana Leggett Woods; his nephew Christopher Leggett; and his children, Robert Thompkins, Jacob Thompkins, Sara Thompkins Yelton (Jacob), Michelle and Guy Vick.
