She is survived by: her children, Ryan Belcher and Sigrid Sanders of Zebulon, NC; and her siblings, Louis Belcher of Williamsburg, VA, Rahn Garrett of Rocky Mount, NC, Ardena Mitchell of Tarboro, NC, Madeline Allicott of Harrisburg, PA, Melinda Belcher of Rocky Mount, NC and Beverly Belecher-Whitehead of Rocky Mount, NC. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
