He is survived by: his wife Brenda Letchworth Smith; his children, Christy Smith Thalheimer, Phil Thalheimer, Brandon Bunn and Doug Halterman; his granddaughter Daisy Thalheimer; and his siblings, Brenda S. Dickerson and Ray C. Smith.
The family asks that masks be worn and social distancing be practiced.
