He is survived by: his parents, Rhonda Rowe of Tarboro and Gregory; his siblings, Bryan Rowe (Jessica) of Hobgood, Lindsay Rowe of Tarboro, Jacob of Blounts Creek, Joshua of Blounts Creek and Savannah Rowe of Blounts Creek; his grandmother Barbara Rowe of Blounts Creek; his wife Sherri Ann Hill of New Bern; his aunts and uncles, Angie Hollowell (Beth) of Greenville, Richard Ramsey (Bonnie) of Garner, Thomas Rowe (Emily) of California, Bruce Rowe of Blounts Creek and Dana Bland (Jeff) of Tarboro; his cousins, Damian, Jonathan Bland of Tarboro, Candice Ramsey of Garner, Forrest Lewis of Tarboro, Kevin Pelletier (Angie) of Siler City and Brian Pelletier of Macclesfield; his close friends, Rebecca Hux of Tarboro, Caroline Presley of New Bern and Nick Wade of New Hampshire; his stepgrandfather Larry "Papa" Warrington of Alabama; and also Serenity.
