It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Ervin Gregory (Tarboro, North Carolina), who passed away on October 20, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Ervin Gregory and Mary Lenora Gregory; and his brother Thomas Colley Gregory. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Rainwater Gregory; his siblings, Barbara Ann Peterson and Wayne Agustus Gregory; his children, Charles Ervin Gregory Junior (Lisa), Sarah Ann Harrell, Elizabeth Gregory Speight (Ken) and Julie Eleanor Rose (Rod); and his grandchildren, Erick, Liza and Ella Rose.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The First Baptist Church, Tarboro, NC.
