It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Mills (Tarboro, North Carolina), who passed away on June 26, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Mills and Clara "Sis" Mills; his stepson William Christenberry; and his sister Geraldine Horner. He is survived by: his wife Mary Mills of Tarboro, NC; his sister Sandra Robinson (Frank Robinson) of Tarboro, NC; his stepdaughter Dianne Edmondson (Linwood Edmondson Jr.) of Old Sparta, NC; his granddaughters, Pamela Edmondson of Old Sparta, NC and Ashley Rasberry (Robert Rasberry II); and his great grandchild Lily Rasberry of Farmville, NC.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
