She was predeceased by: her great-grandparents, Roscoe and Doodle Whitley; and her grandfather James "Duke" Dew. She is survived by: her husband Scotty Smith; her children, Savannah Rose Peaden and Brandon Chase Murphy; her stepson Scotty Smith, Jr.; her parents, Vicky Dew Andrews (Anthony Moseley) and Jeffrey Dean Cale (Tracy); her stepfather Kevin Andrews (Tina); her siblings, Lizzy Andrews (Travis), Mykaela Keel (Greg), Tyler Russ, Jeffrey Cale, Jr., Parker, Katie, Bridget and Jordan Cale; her stepsiblings, Brittney Tripp (Harvey), Candace Grooms (Nathan) and Shay Harper (Zach); and her grandparents, Irene, Bruce Cox, Buddy, Nancy Cale, Kathy Andrews and Doodle. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended relatives.
