He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Robert and Sarah Elizabeth Summerlin Holloman; his daughter Sarah Louise Holloman; his parents-in-law, Lane Benton and Emma Louise Hyde Simpson; and his siblings, James Alton Holloman (Sally), Joseph Robert Holloman (Adele), Billy Graham Holloman, Janet Holloman, Annie Williams (Sam) and Dorothy Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Louise Simpson Holloman; his daughters, Crystal McDonald (Gary) and Tia Johnson (Marcus); his grandchildren, Emily Grace Edgerton, Liam McDonald, Claire McDonald, Morgan Johnson, Payton Barbor (Anthony) and Madison Laine McDonald; his great grandchild Danielle Lynn Barbor; and his brother Carl Lamm (Rosa) of Goldsboro.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carlisle Funeral Home (701 Hospital Dr, Tarboro, NC 27886). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Edgecombe Memorial Park (2879 US-258, Tarboro, NC 27886).
